Job Description

Job Summary Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. Manage projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. Duties Manage all aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting. Manage staff, delegate tasks, and ensure work is completed to a high standard. Create project plans, define technical requirements, and outline timelines and costs. Handle project budgeting and cost estimates and ensure that projects stay on budget. Track and update the construction project schedule. Monitor material purchases to ensure availability. Communicate changes with on-site personnel and share regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders. Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field. Set clear goals and expectations with work crews. Estimate change orders for assigned projects (when applicable) Provide coaching/counseling when required. Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry. Manage closeout procedures for all jobs. Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (electrical construction degree a plus) Five plus years of experience in the electrical construction industry Prior experience in electrical estimating Strong Computer Skills to include MicroSoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding interpersonal skills This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in the electrical construction industry.
