What You'll Do Lead project hand-offs from pre-construction through execution Build and manage schedules, budgets, submittals, and close-out documentation Perform detailed take-offs and manage scope change proposals Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and field activities across multiple locations Own the RFI process and client-facing communication Travel up to 50% to project sites across the US What You Bring 2+ years of electrical construction project management Field background in the electrical trade (Journeyman or Master's license a plus) Experience with big-box retail remodels or retrofits is a strong differentiator Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel Ability to travel nationally on short notice Valid driver's license and clean background Compensation $110,000 - $150,000 base + bonus potential Full Medical, Dental, 401(k), vehicle allowance, PTO Locations Considered Alpharetta | Atlanta | Marietta | Roswell | Kennesaw | Duluth | Cumming | Canton Interested or know someone who fits?
