We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly motivated Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team in Alpharetta. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic services including: Hydrafacial® Keravive® Microneedling Chemical Peels Dermaplaning Customized facials LED light therapy Laser treatment support and patient care Conduct thorough client consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate patients on skincare products, treatment recommendations, and maintenance plans Support membership retention and client follow-up initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes Participate in social media content creation, before/after photography, and practice marketing initiatives Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client experience Collaborate closely with physicians and team members in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Qualifications Active Georgia Aesthetician or Master Cosmetology License required Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury medical spa or aesthetic practice required Strong experience with Hydrafacial®, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and medical-grade skincare Experience supporting or performing laser-related treatments preferred Strong consultation and retail skincare sales experience Comfortable discussing treatment plans, memberships, and product recommendations with confidence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Professional appearance and polished client interaction skills required Comfortable working in a collaborative, lean-team environment Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, maturity, accountability, and a genuine passion for aesthetics and wellness What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Naturally creates an elevated luxury client experience Has a warm, confident, and professional bedside manner Is motivated by client results and relationship-building Understands the importance of follow-up, retention, and consistency Takes pride in both clinical excellence and presentation Is growth-minded and excited to contribute to a modern physician-led aesthetic brand Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Commission opportunities Tips Employee discounts on products and services Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive physician-led environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding wellness and aesthetics brand Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Some Saturday availability required
