## Standard Job Description You will be the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 for the Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop and Component Paint team which is responsible for delivering high‑quality C130J aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost and schedule obligations for a 130‑person team on the C130J program.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Marietta, GA This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta. Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. ## Basic Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive production challenges
• Experience developing and managing budget and quality performance
• Aircraft manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience working with a represented workforce as well as salaried personnel
• Experience building effective relationships and working with a cross function team; Engineering, Quality, Production Control, etc.
• Experience communicating with senior and executive leadership

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
