•150,000 About the Role We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager

•Technical Lead to lead the technical delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects. This person will serve as the technical lead on assigned projects , working closely with Project Managers, customers, field teams, vendors, and engineering resources to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. What You'll Do Lead the technical execution of water and wastewater projects Work closely with Project Managers on project schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables Serve as a technical point of contact for customers Review and approve technical documentation and project deliverables Resolve technical issues and make project-level engineering decisions Lead QA/QC activities and oversee FAT/SAT testing Support project startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field activities Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on technical requirements and deliverables Read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, contracts, and technical documents Support estimating, sales visits, site visits, and proposal activities as needed Work with field service teams during FAT, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting Help ensure projects meet customer requirements, industry standards, codes, and quality expectations What We're Looking For 4-year degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering 10+ years of experience in automation and/or field service 5+ years of experience in municipal water & wastewater Proven project leadership and progressive project management experience Experience with sales and project estimating Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read and interpret: Electrical drawings P&IDs Contract documents Technical specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively with customers, project managers, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors Work Environment Combination of office and remote jobsite work Regular computer and document review work Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required Up to 25% travel for customer meetings, office visits, team meetings, service oversight, and quality audits Why This Role?
