Job Description
QTS' summer internship program will provide you first hand experience into the fast paced world of the data center industry by providing weekly lunch and learns, a comprehensive orientation program, and site based activities, socials and volunteering events. Every intern will be assigned initiatives tied to real QTS objectives helping with anything pertaining to the whole life-cycle of a data center build and/or company operations. The Enterprise Applications Intern will help staff leverage the power of Microsoft Suite tools such as Office365, Power Automate, Copilot, SharePoint and more. You will be empowering the staff to become more collaborative, efficient, and help control access management. Assist the Technology team with day-to-day activities and responsibilities. Develop scopes of work for design, configuration, and commissioning solutions. Work on technology procurement and delivery processes with the strategic procurement team. Monitor the status and availability of in-production technologies. Respond to break-fix issues and coordinate long-term corrective actions. Develop and populate new database structures. Track and resolve security vulnerabilities and associated risks. Define and track agile development of software features requested by the business. Further education by observing all aspects of technology and control system deployments within a critical infrastructure environment.
