Experience in PFEP creation and estimate the requirement of Storage & Handling facilities.
Estimation of logistics manpower based on PFEP and logistics processes.
Create technical specification & RFQ for each equipment.
RFQ, ordering, expediting with suppliers for mfg. and dispatch, receipt, commissioning and buy-off
Layout detailing and implementation; Detailed material flow layout for each process and major aggregates.
Detailing of logistics Centre areas based on processes
