This position will provide technical leadership, coordination, and oversight of all engineering activities from project execution through completion. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring engineering deliverables align with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role is project-specific and requires strong collaboration with project management, construction, procurement, and client stakeholders. Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline required). 10+ years of engineering experience within EPC, power generation, or heavy industrial projects. Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or Project Engineering Manager role on large, complex projects. Strong knowledge of power generation projects (e.g., combined cycle, simple cycle, renewable integration, balance of plant, or similar). Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage complex technical interfaces. Experience working in a project execution environment (EPC or similar). Familiarity with constructability reviews, modularization strategies, and field engineering support. Preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience working on Zachry or similar EPC power projects. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Position may include visits to construction sites and industrial facilities requiring mobility (on ground and at heights) and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hardhat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and work boots.
