Job Description:
Aegis is partnered with a fast-paced, innovation-driven electronics manufacturer that designs and produces LCD, OLED, and TFT display solutions used across medical devices, industrial equipment, consumer electronics, and automotive applications. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a clear path into long-term quality leadership. They are seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer / Quality Manager to support supplier quality, customer-facing quality initiatives, failure analysis, and cross-functional process improvement within an electronics assembly environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations on electronic display products Manage supplier quality issues, SCARs, and corrective actions Interface directly with customers on quality concerns and issue resolution Ensure compliance with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals standards Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives Mentor 2 quality technicians and support day-to-day floor quality Work cross-functionally with production and engineering teams Improve testing methods, reliability processes, and supplier performance
Requirements:
5+ years quality engineering or process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing Experience with failure analysis, root cause, and supplier quality Customer-facing quality experience Hands-on electronics assembly environment experience Experience with RoHS, REACH, and regulatory compliance Leadership mindset with ability to grow into or continue in management I deal background: EMS, PCB, display manufacturing, embedded electronics, industrial electronics.
