The Manager will lead a team fo 4-5 Direct Report Engineers to sustain & improve existing products & processes with a focus on plant performance, process optimization & assembly efficiency. This role leads the identification and resolution of product, process & design issues and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and an analytical approach towards problem solving to support a high-volume manufacturing plant. The ideal candaite will have a good technical proficiecny with Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and a decent understanding of GD&T A relocation packaage is available for candidates open to moving. Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Process or Mechanical preferred 7+ years of engineering experience in Manufacturing 3+ years in a leadership position directing a team of Engineers Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Strong knowledge of plastic, stamped, and machined part design and manufacturing processes Experience with 3D modeling Demonstrated leadership, team development, and delegation skills #JDP
