The Engineering Manager will be responsible for cooperatively leading, directing and supervising the department operations and personnel in order to provide the Naperville community with high-quality civil engineering, transportation and storm water services that purposefully plan and implement transportation and engineering projects that support the City's strategic plan goals and business direction. This position also serves as the Deputy City Engineer. The hiring range for this position is $129,207.35 - $142,128.09 per year, commensurate with credentials and experience.
