Engineering Manager Ember Gold Agency | Paris, IL $80,000 per year | Full-Time | Day Shift Ember Gold Agency is recruiting an experienced Engineering Manager for a full-time opportunity with an established aerospace manufacturing operation in Paris, Illinois. We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader with strong manufacturing engineering, CNC machining, laser cutting, welding/fabrication, process improvement, and team leadership experience . This position will lead engineering activities while working closely with production, quality, customers, suppliers, and vendors. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, train, and develop engineering personnel Support manufacturing processes involving CNC, laser, welding, machining, and fabrication Lead new product introduction (NPI) and product improvement initiatives Improve manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and cost Develop and maintain engineering documentation and specifications Support tooling design and modifications Evaluate product, process, and supplier risks Work directly with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors Support quoting and engineering change requests Research and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment Drive continuous improvement, 6S, safety, and quality initiatives Manage multiple engineering projects and priorities Qualifications 7-10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience 1-3+ years of engineering leadership or management experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred Knowledge of

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt experience preferred Strong CAD skills CNC, laser, welding, machining, or fabrication knowledge Experience with process improvement and cost reduction Strong project management and problem-solving skills Ability to lead, coach, and develop technical employees
