An automotive component manufacturer in the Bowling Green, KY area is seeking a Program Manager responsible for meeting internal and customer requirements from project inception through product launch. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management and product development.

Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional team to meet internal and customer requirements Coordinate and maintain project timing from sourcing through post product launch Pinpoint and track open issues to facilitate resolutions Manage data in internal program management system and customer portals Maintain programs at two different locations in Southwest Kentucky (Bowling Green and Franklin)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business or related field At least 3 years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment Prefer PMP certification Experience in product development and quality control Experience with automotive OEM supplier ports Ability to travel up to 10 percent Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been one of the leading recruiting firms in North America when it comes to working with Japanese Businesses for more than 25 years. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
