Full-Time, Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Total Quality System, including environmental compliance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring world‑class quality performance, driving process improvement, and supporting long-term strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive quality standards. Key Responsibilities Quality Leadership & Systems Lead, develop, and implement the company's Total Quality System , including environmental components. Translate customer critical-to-quality (CTQ) characteristics into process CTQs . Serve as Deputy for the President in all quality-related responsibilities. Act as an Internal Auditor and ensure alignment with customer-specific requirements. Oversee the organization's fiscal function as it relates to quality performance. Process Improvement & Data Analysis Provide technical expertise in quality tools , AIAG Core Tools , and statistical methods . Facilitate implementation of process control systems and SPC charts . Support teams with data collection methodologies and analysis of financial impact. Identify opportunities for quality/process improvement and transfer learning across teams. Scrap & Cost Reduction Lead initiatives to reduce scrap and associated costs, including sorting costs and overtime. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies to improve overall quality performance. Strategic & Cross-Functional Support Participate as a strategic partner in the development of corporate plans and programs. Support change management processes, including technical change requests and deviation release forms. Provide clear communication of data, results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Foster a high-performance, accountable, and success-focused culture within the Quality team. Other Duties Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service. Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary. Qualifications Required 8+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Automotive industry experience required. Hands-on experience with plastics or rubber manufacturing . Strong working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools , including:
APQP PPAP FMEA MSA SPC
Problem-solving methods Proven experience with process improvement and quality leadership. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
