- What You'll Be Doing
Job Scope:
- The Project Manager - DCS Migration leads all efforts related to the Shreveport DCS Migration Program and associated projects.
- Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- + Serve as the primary focal point and expert on the DCS Migration Program + Develop both Strategic and Tactical plans to progress the program + Stay true to the program "Big Rules" and ensure execution is fit for purpose and in alignment with Company Goals, Schedule, and Cash Flow + Develop AFEs for new projects for both FEL3 funding and Final funding, including engagement/discussion with the Calumet CEO and CFO during approval process.
- Ideal Background
Education:
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
Certification:
- Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
Experience:
- This position requires 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- + Knowledge of the Hargrove project execution procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- + Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
