Job Description

Role Summary:
This position is responsible for building strong client relationships through consultative conversations to understand financial goals and recommend personalized banking solutions. The role involves promoting and selling bank products such as deposits, loans, and referrals to other services, supporting sales growth and client loyalty. It emphasizes delivering excellent client service, providing tailored financial advice, and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage clients proactively to identify financial needs and promote bank products. Guide clients through deposit and loan options, assist with account openings and loan applications. Provide personalized financial advice aligning with clients' goals. Make referrals to other banking services like mortgage, wealth, and private banking. Maintain high-quality client experience by resolving issues promptly and supporting the teller line when needed. Support compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management protocols. Assist with operational tasks, training new associates, and ensuring adherence to guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of experience. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Strong communication, sales, and client service skills. No specific licenses required, but compliance with regulatory requirements is necessary.
Additional Information:
This role involves no supervisory responsibilities and requires meeting background and licensing standards related to the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act.
