## Standard Job Description You will be a Production Manager at Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford Operations facility, which is a leading hub for innovation in microelectronics, supporting critical aerospace and defense programs. Our team is dedicated to producing advanced technology solutions that safeguard national security and advance the industry. Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. ## Basic Qualifications
  • Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Prior experience as a supervisor
  • Experience effectively communicating with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / Flow
  • Demonstrated experience working with MRP systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicting priorities with complex resource constraints
  • Proven ability to receive guidance from senior leadership, interpret it, and flow down to the team in a digestible manner
  • Requires ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance, which requires U.S. citizen ## Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of hybrid microelectronics, PWB, and CCA manufacturing processes
  • Prior experience in a role leading leaders
  • Proven ability to work through problems quickly and effectively; establish level of engagement required and define the timeline to resolution
  • Apriso Experience Experience with managing cross-functional relationships to achieve goals
  • CAM Experience
  • Knowledge of electrical quality control processes
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Starter Personality; Ability to multitask
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
