Full-Time, Direct Hire About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead process development and manufacturing engineering activities within an electronics-focused production environment. This role is ideal for an engineering professional who enjoys solving production challenges, improving processes, and working closely with technical and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing engineering activities for electronic and electromechanical products. Develop and improve manufacturing processes, documentation, production methods, and cost estimates. Analyze technical information and translate engineering requirements into practical manufacturing solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues. Support the development of tooling, fixtures, assembly methods, and process improvements. Review engineering changes and provide manufacturing guidance. Evaluate production costs and improve labor, material, and process estimates. Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and other internal teams. Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and improve manufacturing capabilities.
