Key Qualifications & Experience Technical Program Leadership:
8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and product development, with a proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs from initial concept through commercialization.Full Lifecycle Execution:
Expertise managing hardware, firmware, systems engineering, verification/validation (V&V), regulatory compliance, and design transfer to manufacturing.Systems & Design Controls:
Deep proficiency in requirements management, risk management, design controls, supplier/vendor management, and quality management systems.Team & Operations Management:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams, drive critical technical decision-making, control program budgets and schedules, and report key metrics to executive leadership.Regulated Industry Background:
Prior experience in highly regulated environments such as medical devices, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation.Education:
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering required. Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or MBA preferred.
