3009159844-2 Apply for this job now Job Description FM is seeking an Engineering Standards, Processing Manager to define, implement, and govern engineering standards for our workplace and facilities management software platform. You will design and optimize technical processes, align teams on best practices, and ensure high-quality, scalable delivery across products and client solutions. Partner closely with engineering, product, and operations to drive data-driven improvements, document workflows, and monitor performance metrics. FM offers a collaborative, flexible, technology-forward environment with exposure to complex, large-scale client engagements and room for professional growth. Responsibilities Define, document, and maintain engineering standards and best practices for FM's platform Design and optimize end-to-end technical and operational processes to improve quality and scalability Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations on standards adoption and continuous improvement Establish and track KPIs to measure process performance and drive data-based improvements Lead initiatives to standardize workflows across teams and client engagements Ensure alignment of standards with security, compliance, and quality requirements Oversee governance routines, reviews, and audits for engineering processes Support onboarding and training on engineering standards and tools Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve process bottlenecks and defects Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Required Skills Process engineering Software development lifecycle (SDLC) Data analysis and reporting Engineering standards and governance Technical documentation Agile methodologies Workflow design and optimization Quality assurance and testing practices Stakeholder management Facilities/workplace management software familiarity
