: Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with a solid understanding of project management skills, including scope, time, and cost management. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and guide them through the New Product Introduction lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule with the help of the core team.

Lead and influence engineering and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Guide the team through the New Product Introduction lifecycle phases, including requirements, concept development, design reviews, V&V, and release to production.

Conduct team and technical meetings, program reviews, and gate reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address program issues and identify and manage program risks.

Communicate regularly and clearly with internal and external program stakeholders.

Utilize strong risk and stakeholder management experience with proactive problem-solving skills.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations to provide project progress status and risks.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.

10 years of experience, including 5 years as a program manager in hardware and software product development.

Effective communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and strong organizational skills.

Broad engineering background sufficient to analyze design data related to electrical, software, mechanical, and physical science disciplines.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
