Manage and coordinate work order status throughout the full lifecycle of shelf-project development.

Evaluate critical cost risks related to design development, permitting, and long-lead materials procurement.

Support robust financial models and cost histories to continuously improve Our Client's capital-planning accuracy.

Contribute to the Shovel-Ready Initiative by establishing highly reliable cost profiles as projects advance to construction-ready status.
