Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction work from planning through completion in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role calls for a hands-on leader who can coordinate field activity, interpret technical documents, and keep projects aligned with scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct electrical projects through all phases, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Lead and support field teams by assigning priorities, monitoring performance, and helping resolve day-to-day project challenges.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and related construction documents to confirm project scope, identify issues, and support execution planning.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to keep deliverables on target.
  • Monitor project financial performance by preparing cost forecasts, reviewing spending trends, and analyzing budget-to-actual results.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support design-build activities by aligning field execution with technical requirements and project objectives.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation to provide visibility into progress, costs, risks, and upcoming needs.
