The Manager, Endpoint Engineering leads the delivery and execution of enterprise endpoint engineering services to ensure secure, standardized, and automated management of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint technologies. This role is responsible for driving endpoint reliability, scalability, and compliance while managing a team of engineers and collaborating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service management teams to support a modern digital workplace.Duties and Responsibilities:
Endpoint Engineering Leadership & Operations Lead and manage endpoint engineering staff and daily operations, ensuring effective delivery of configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management services. Endpoint Configuration, Deployment & Automation Oversee endpoint builds, software packaging, patching, and zero-touch provisioning using UEM/MDM platforms to maintain scalability and consistency across environments. Security, Compliance & Patch Management Ensure endpoints meet organizational security standards through patching, encryption, compliance monitoring, and collaboration with cybersecurity teams. Strategy Execution & Continuous Improvement Support execution of endpoint engineering strategy, roadmap, and standards, identifying opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and user experience. Operational Excellence & ITSM Alignment Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management), support escalations, and drive root cause analysis for recurring issues. Cross-functional Collaboration & Vendor Coordination Partner with infrastructure, identity, cybersecurity, and service teams, as well as vendors, to deliver integrated endpoint solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.Competencies :

Bachelor's degreeExperience:
5-7 years of experience in endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, systems administration, or EUC roles 1-3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in endpoint or device management environments Experience with enterprise endpoint tools and automation platformsCertifications:
Not required, but relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Jamf, ITIL) are beneficialPreferred Experience Requirements :

7-10 years of total experience in endpoint engineering or end-user computing environments 5-7 years of leadership experience managing endpoint engineering or desktop engineering teams Prior experience in a Manager, Endpoint Engineering or similar leadership roleCertifications:
ITIL Foundation or equivalent ITSM certification Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune, Jamf, or Workspace ONE certifications Security-related certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP - preferred but not required) All submissions should include a cover letter and resume.
