In Person Position Summary An established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical construction projects from award through closeout. This individual will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, procurement, and customer relationships while working closely with leadership, estimators, field foremen, and office staff. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules. Monitor project costs, budgets, labor productivity, and profitability. Review contract documents, specifications, and electrical drawings. Prepare, negotiate, and track change orders. Coordinate material procurement and equipment deliveries. Lead project kickoff and progress meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, vendors, and inspectors. Support field foremen by providing timely information, problem resolution, and resources. Review project billings, forecasting, and cash flow. Ensure projects remain compliant with contract requirements and company standards. Manage project closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and final billing. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical project management or foreman experience . Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contracts. Experience managing project budgets and schedules. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Self-motivated with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience Commercial electrical contracting experience. Experience with healthcare, education, multifamily, or industrial projects. Previous field supervision experience is a plus.
