Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones to meet contract requirements Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to support project timelines Monitor program documentation, technical data packages, compliance requirements, and customer specifications Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Lead customer meetings, project reviews, and status presentations Track action items and ensure timely communication between stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase project efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field) Strong Program or Project Management experience required Engineering project background preferred Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams Defense or aerospace industry experience is a plus PMP or CAPM certification preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
