"RESPONSIBLITIES
Responsible for leading all engineering activates Direct engineering department continuous improvement activities and corrective actions Lead Clinton launch team for engineering changes and implantations of new equipment from the integrators Track, monitor and implement required activities to meet or exceed business plan and corporate goals Track, monitor department goals and track measurables toward these goals Ensure accountability and discipline within the engineering departmentQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Engineering or Engineering cross discipline. Master's Degree preferred Minimum eight (8) years' experience in an automotive/metal/assembly environment, and two (2) years of management experience Posses knowledge of plant department functions This full-time, salary role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Plant Manager.WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING HERE
