Engineering Leadership Opportunity — Drive Innovation & Growth We are seeking an experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to provide both technical direction and administrative leadership for a growing, high-impact engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex manufacturing challenges, improving processes, and developing strong technical teams. What You'll Do Help lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals, fostering technical growth and accountability. Oversee engineering change activities — including risk assessments, budgets, and program launch milestones. Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and product quality. Review and approve engineering records, plant layouts, and design changes. Partner with leadership to shape the engineering roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. Drive adherence to quality and compliance standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949). Play a key role in developing policies, mentoring talent, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering and 6+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver results in fast-paced, complex operations. Solid understanding of CAD software, die operations, robotics, welding, and GD&T. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and experience working within quality management systems. Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives. $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
