Job Description

I am partnered with an award-winning, multi-disciplined firm that offers a full range of services to both public and private sector clients and they are looking to add a Transportation Lead.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects, prepare and monitor budgets, project scheduling, etc. Perform business development to maintain and grow our relationship with the MDOT clients and teaming partners Participate at MDOT workshops, meetings, and events. Mentor Senior Project Managers, or other Project Managers, in developing work scopes, budgets, and staff assignments Provide support and project lead for planning, design, and reporting on various transportation projects Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets for various projects, primarily for MDOT.

Required Experience:

15+ years of MDOT design experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required Willingness to travel throughout Michigan for business development and project meetings Comfortable speaking at client and public events What they have for you: Collaborative work environment Generous PTO program and paid holidays Flex time scheduling and hybrid opportunity Overtime pay at time and half
