Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager / Future Civil Department Lead position include: 8-10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience PE preferred/expected (flexibility possible for candidates with extensive experience) BS in Civil Engineering; master's preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Experience leading water/wastewater and bridge/structural projects Approximately 50% technical design and 50% project/client management Ability to manage proposals, project delivery, budgets, and daily client communication Manage and develop a civil team of approximately 5-8 employees

Salary:

$140,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
