Full Job Description Location:
Temperance, Michigan Salary:
$90,000 to $120,000 (12% Bonus)
Requirements:
Experience in Project Engineering, Project Management or Program Management working in cross functional environments. Supporting Product Development / Launch and Production.
Duties:
Own overall program execution including schedule, priorities, and deliverables for flow loop and related assemblies Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams Translate customer forecasts and requirements into actionable build plans and production schedules. Coordinate production activities across assembly, testing, and outsourced operations. Track WIP, throughput, and build status to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery. Monitor availability of key outsourced components (e.g., cold plates, bent tubes) and escalate supply risks. Support transition of key processes from outsourced to in-house (e.g., tube bending, cold plates) Ensure adherence to defined processes, work instructions, and documentation requirements. Coordinate issue tracking and resolution with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams.
