Corporate Reports to: Vice President of Manufacturing and Systems About Us Century is a collection of three separate business units (Century Sun Metal Treating, Century Specialties and Clark Manufacturing) all located in Traverse City, Michigan. We are looking for someone special to fill this role and appreciate you taking the time to read through this job posting! Summary/Objective The Corporate Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the company's quality strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities producing precision industrial tooling, machined components, heat-treated products, and aerospace components. This corporate level position ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards while driving a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and defect prevention. The Corporate Quality Manager partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Business Unit Leaders to ensure products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations while supporting business growth and profitability. This position has direct oversight of the corporate Quality Management System (QMS), supplier quality, customer quality, metrology, inspection, laboratory functions, and quality personnel across all facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute the corporate quality strategy aligned with company objectives. Lead quality organizations across multiple manufacturing sites. Establish standardized quality systems and best practices across all facilities. Develop annual quality objectives, KPIs, and strategic improvement plans. Build a culture emphasizing prevention, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Mentor and develop quality managers, engineers, supervisors, auditors, and technicians. Maintain and continually improve company Quality Management Systems including:AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF
