$111,000 - $160,000Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead industrial piping and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate has experience with industrial piping systems, fabrication, and mechanical installations and is comfortable managing projects ranging from maintenance-driven upgrades to complex, large-scale design-build installations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects meet performance expectations while supporting a strong reputation for craftsmanship, safety, and reliability.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage industrial mechanical and piping projects from preconstruction through completionCoordinate with field crews, fabrication shop personnel, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clientsDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controlsOversee installation of piping systems including steam, condensate, ammonia refrigeration, and process pipingReview project drawings, P&IDs, and specifications to ensure scope accuracy and constructabilityAdapt to evolving project conditions, schedules, and design changesEnsure compliance with OSHA standards, safety programs, and industry codesTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationManage procurement of materials, fabricated systems, and mechanical equipmentMonitor project progress, fabrication timelines, and installation qualityQualifications3+ years of experience in mechanical project management within industrial or commercial constructionExperience managing piping, fabrication, or mechanical system installation projectsStrong knowledge of industrial piping systems (high-pressure, steam, condensate, refrigeration)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, and technical specificationsProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferredExperience with high-pressure piping systems or ASME-related workBackground in shop fabrication (pipe, structural steel, or modular skids)Experience with boilers, pressure vessels, or equipment installationCandidates that complete skills assessments and screening questions will receive priority consideration in the hiring process.
