Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead projects and teams comprised of professionals of all disciplines and skill levels Coordinate/direct multi discipline team including evaluation of quality and progress of work Facilitate client meetings and client user group workshops and presentations Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs Monitor project communications and project delivery progress Estimate fees, determines scope of work, and assist preparing proposals and subcontracts Participate in determining project staffing needs Participate in project reviews, internally and externally Participate in business development activitiesQualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture Professional expertise as demonstrated through a minimum of 8 years of post-graduation experience and progressive advancement Professional licensure Ability to lead project teams consisting of internal project professionals and outside professional consultants Ability to prioritize and reprioritize work efforts as circumstances change Proficient computer skills using Microsoft, Deltek and Autodesk products Effective communications skills Strong analytical skills and diverse technical understanding of design and construction Competent knowledge of building codes and construction methodologies Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
