Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager with deep experience in hyperscale data center construction to lead large-scale, mission-critical projects in Meridian, Mississippi. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical scopes—from preconstruction through commissioning—while driving execution across multiple phases, trades, and stakeholders. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects involving critical power systems. Salary Range

10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
5+ years supporting data center or mission-critical projects Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical scopes ($100M+ preferred) Strong knowledge of:
Critical power infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS)
NEC codes, electrical systems, and commissioning processes [linkedin.com]
Experience managing fast-paced, multi-phase hyperscale environments
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and field teams simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with hyperscale clients (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.

)
