We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to lead high-profile water, wastewater, and filtration infrastructure projects throughout the region. What You'll Do As a Senior Civil Project Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight from preconstruction through final project turnover. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale civil construction projects focused on water treatment, wastewater treatment, filtration systems, and related infrastructure. Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, municipalities, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Oversee contract administration, risk management, staffing plans, and project financial performance. Collaborate with field operations and executive leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership teams. Support business development initiatives and help expand Metcon's presence within the civil infrastructure market. What You BringRequired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in civil construction. Minimum of 5 years managing water, wastewater, treatment, or filtration infrastructure projects. Proven success delivering multi-million-dollar public and private infrastructure projects. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations and compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) License. Experience with design-build and alternative delivery methods. Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams and fostering long-term client relationships. Why Join Metcon?
