Requirements Proven experience in managing engineering teams or technical projects across various industries; leadership skills are essential. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of engineering principles relevant to the organization's focus areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
