The Work As a Hardware IPT Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading electrical engineering development teams of 5 - 20 engineers through the hardware development process of digital subsystems.
- Acting as technical liaison between Engineering & Technology leadership and Program Management to align resources, staffing and milestone planning.
- Facilitating weekly IPT status meetings and ensuring transparent communication among engineering, technology, program management and customer stakeholders.
- Delivering clear, concise oral and written updates to leadership, customers and cross functional teams.
- Experience fostering close working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional Managers, and customer counterparts.
