Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments5+ of leadership experience managing engineering, manufacturing, quality, or operations teamsProven success in leading small, technology-driven companies through early-stage commercialization and scale-up.Strong technical foundation in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience installing KPIs and driving operational excellence.
