A well-established NYC-based mechanical & civil contractor is looking for a Project Executive to join its leadership team and take ownership of a major program of work. This is a high-impact position for a proven construction leader who wants more than just another project, you'll have a seat at the leadership table, influence company strategy, develop teams, and help shape the next stage of the business.
The Role:
- Lead a portfolio/program of complex heavy mechanical construction projects
- Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams
- Drive financial performance, schedule, quality and client relationships
- Develop and implement operational strategy and processes
- Partner directly with company leadership on growth and business development
- Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of construction experience, ideally within Heavy Mechanical / Heavy Civil industry
- Proven experience leading multiple large-scale projects or programs
- Strong commercial and operational understanding
- Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills
- NYC construction experience strongly preferred
