This role is ideal for an experienced engineering project leader with strong capital project management, facilities infrastructure, and cross-functional leadership experience.

Education:

BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering discipline required; MS degree preferred Key Responsibilities Lead capital projects, facility renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvement initiatives Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closeout Develop project scopes, schedules, estimates, budgets, and business case documentation Coordinate with engineering teams, facility leadership, contractors, and EPCM partners Present project financials, status updates, and recommendations to leadership Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to technical and operational challenges Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met Support equipment installation, commissioning, and facility improvement activities Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of engineering and project leadership experience Strong experience with project estimating, scheduling, and cost control Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills Experience applying structured problem-solving methods such as PMBOK, DMAIC, or Kepner-Tregoe Ability to work onsite and collaborate across cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications PMI or Professional Engineering (PE) certification Experience with facility operations, design, or infrastructure projects Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools Experience with equipment installation and commissioning Additional Information No third party resumes will be accepted Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
