full-time Technology Program Lead - Strategic Businesses We're hiring a Technology Program Lead to join a core enterprise technology team supporting multiple strategic businesses. This role will partner closely with CIOs, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive complex initiatives across AI enablement, data strategy, platform modernization, and operating model transformation.



The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader who can translate strategic priorities into executable plans, navigate complexity and ambiguity, align stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization, and drive measurable outcomes through influence rather than formal authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex, cross-business technology programs from strategy through execution Develop integrated plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes Establish governance and operating cadences, including leadership reviews, working sessions, milestone reviews, and escalation forums Manage cross-program dependencies, resource constraints, competing priorities, and decision gaps Coordinate across technology, architecture, engineering, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, finance, and vendor teams Track program performance, KPIs, financial expectations, and value realization Provide senior leaders with concise visibility into progress, risks, required decisions, and areas needing intervention Translate leadership decisions into clear actions, ownership, and measurable commitments Use approved AI tools to strengthen planning, analysis, executive communications, risk identification, and decision support Identify opportunities to automate repetitive program-management activities and improve execution methods

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, preferably within insurance or financial services Experience driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution Strong understanding of software development, enterprise platforms, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and emerging AI technologies Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, milestones, and competing priorities Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority Excellent PowerPoint and data-visualization skills Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365, and related collaboration tools PMP, Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, Business Analyst, engineering, or technology delivery experience is a plus Exceptional communication, stakeholder-management, organizational, and structured problem-solving skills
