As per Market Job Summary We are seeking a Principal Quality Engineering Lead to drive quality engineering strategy and technical initiatives across product, engineering, release, and operations teams. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical leadership, influence, and improving software delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale quality engineering and technical initiatives without direct authority. Define test strategies, automation frameworks, CI/CD practices, and release-readiness standards. Drive defect prevention, risk assessment, environment strategy, and production readiness. Evaluate and implement AI-enabled engineering and quality practices beyond basic code generation. Review code, automation frameworks, and technical designs; evaluate architectural tradeoffs. Coach and guide engineering teams through technical leadership and influence. Required Qualifications 10+ years in software engineering, quality engineering, platform engineering, or related fields. Strong experience with test strategy, automation, CI/CD, and distributed systems . Proven ability to lead complex initiatives without direct people management. Hands-on experience applying AI tools to engineering workflows . Strong code review, architecture, technical design, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
