Job Description
System4 Facility Services Management is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Facilities Management to lead and scale our national facilities operations. This executive will oversee integrated facility services, drive operational excellence, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure consistent service delivery across all regions. The Vice President will play a critical role in strategic growth, operational performance, financial management, and innovation across our facility services portfolio, including janitorial, maintenance, engineering, and integrated facility management solutions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company's facilities management strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Lead multi-site operations across regional and national accounts. Identify growth opportunities, including new service lines and geographic expansion. Partner with executive leadership to support mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts. Operational Excellence Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality facility services across all client portfolios. Implement best practices, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and service excellence. Oversee compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational innovation. Financial Management Own P&L responsibility for the Facilities Management division. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans. Optimize cost structures while maintaining superior service quality. Drive margin improvement and contract profitability. Client & Stakeholder Relations Build and maintain executive-level client relationships. Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and service-level agreements. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention across all accounts. Leadership & Talent Development Lead and mentor regional directors, operations managers, and support teams. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results. Develop succession planning and leadership development programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management or integrated facility services. Proven experience managing multi-site or national operations. Strong financial acumen with direct P&L responsibility. Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving revenue growth. Knowledge of compliance, safety regulations, and building systems. Industry certifications such as CFM, FMP, IFMA, or RPA preferred.
