Senior technical authority on shift:

lead critical facilities operations, own switching and incident command during your watch. What you'll do: Lead shift operations across electrical and mechanical systems Authorize and supervise MOPs, switching, and maintenance windows First-line incident commander for facility events Mentor and develop shift technicians Ensure complete shift logs and turnover What you'll bring: 7+ years critical facilities/plant operations, 2+ leading shifts Deep knowledge of power and cooling systems Calm, decisive incident leadership Relevant licenses (electrical, stationary engineer) valued Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
