As a Lead LIMS Engineer, you will be part of the Laboratory Informatics Department supporting R D, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) What's the Job? Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) within a regulated environment. Partner with stakeholders to define system architecture, standards, and governance frameworks for LabVantage LIMS. Drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across global teams. Oversee complex system configurations, customizations, and integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware. Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and other regulatory standards while supporting validation and CSV procedures. What's Needed? 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting LIMS platforms, especially LabVantage. Deep expertise in LabVantage architecture, workflows, forms, and platform administration. Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise LIMS projects, upgrades, and system modernization efforts. Strong knowledge of laboratory operations across R D, QC, Stability, Manufacturing, and Regulatory functions. Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware. What's in it for me?
