Project Manager Location:

Dayton, Ohio ADF Engineering is looking for a Project Manager to become a part of our team at our Miamisburg (South Dayton), Ohio offices. The successful candidate for this position will work on time and cost sensitive projects in a multi-disciplinary, team-based environment to provide customer-focused engineering consulting services. The successful candidate for this position must have the ability to develop positive working relationships with industrial customers to provide cost-effective solutions to their engineering needs. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or another related field i s required . 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in project delivery leading multi-discipline projects across different industries Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and consulting teams Manage invoicing, create financial reports and manage profit profitability Understanding of industrial facilities, building systems, codes, and construction processes Communication, leadership, and client management skills Excellent writing abilities including proposals and project reports.
