Very low employee turnover Job Description Lead and manage all manufacturing engineering and maintenance personnel across the facility Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to reduce scrap and waste Manage and oversee capital expenditure projects, equipment upgrades, budgets, and P&L performance Directly supervise three reports including one Manufacturing Engineer and two Maintenance employees Drive plant KPI achievement and improve production metric goals for the Tier 2 automotive facility Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) program strategies to minimize equipment failures and reduce downtime Key Requirements BS degree required Proficiency with ERP/SAP software and familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes is highly preferred Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and project management; ability to effectively multi-task is essential
