Job Summary
Summary:
Seeking a Lead Principal Engineer with FAA Structural DER certification to oversee engineering projects, mentor staff, and drive business development.
Requirements:
BS in Engineering or related field with 8 years of aviation industry experience; or AS in Engineering with 10 years of experience
FAA Structural DER designation
Preferred Skills:
MBA or Advanced Degree in area of specialization
Management training or experience
Responsibilities:
Review and approve repair/modification designs and technical documents
Mentor fellow engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives
Interface with the FAA on engineering projects
Manage program/project strategic planning and resource allocation
Pay Details:
$70.00 to $100.00 per hour
