These look to be 9-12 month at each site. Key responsibilities- Daily site walks and progress verification against the build schedule
- RFI and submittal review, with escalation when landlord/GC response lags
- Punch-list tracking and support for acceptance decisions
- Day-to-day landlord and GC coordination on a landlord-controlled site
- Safety compliance monitoring and incident escalation
- Photo and log documentation that holds up if a delivery dispute follows Qualifications
- 5+ years mission-critical or large commercial construction field experience
- Comfortable reading MEP and architectural drawings
- OSHA 30 or equivalent
